For any major non-conformance (cracks, dents or corrosion on strength elements of the airframe, landing gear, engine mount, excessive plays or jamming tendencies in the flight controls, defective closing-locking of canopy etc.) or an event likely to affect the airplane safety in flight (malfunctioning of airplane systems, incidents, hard landings), do not hesitate to consult the airplane manufacturer.
1.10. Instructions for reporting of flight safety issues identified during inspection/maintenance work
In case of any problem that might affect the safety in flight, identified during inspection / maintenance/ operation, stop operating the airplane and refer to DAR (who issued the special airworthiness certificate to you) and to the airplane manufacturer, using the report form attached to this manual.
The document reporting the non-conformance to the manufacturer must provide as much information as possible (see also Appendix no. 2):

 airplane series;

 number of hours of flight performed;

- date of non-conformance identification;
- circumstances in which the non-conformance was identified: in flight, upon technical inspection etc.;
-
 detailed description of non-conformance;

 effects produced on other airplane elements (if applicable);


-measurable values of defects (if applicable);
- pictures etc.
Record all these problems in the logbooks and consistently monitor their solving.

1.10.1. List of failures, malfunctioning and breakdowns that must be reported to the manufacturer
a)  General

Fire or explosions:

Smoke, harmful or toxic gases in the airplane produced by the use of emergency equipment or procedures.

3.  
Events that lead or might have lead to harms or victims among the passengers/crew or other persons.

4.  
Malfunctioning, failure or breakdown of any system or component usually not considered reportable (e.g. cockpit equipment and upholstery, cooling system, items not included on the list of minimum equipment etc.) in which the event circumstances or their association with other events led to the endangering of the airplane or its occupants.

5.  
Possible endangering of airplane as a result of a high recurrence frequency of all

types of events that taken separately are not reportable. NOTE: In these cases, a record of high recurrence frequency must also accompany the event report.

6.  
Incorrect assembly of airplane parts or components identified upon an inspection or testing procedure not specifically designed for this purpose.

7.  
Lightning strikes having as consequence a significant damage of the airplane or the loss or failure of any essential functions.
