8.
Dents caused by hail, having as consequence a significant damage of the airplane, or the loss or failure of any essential function.

9.
Dents caused by birds, having as consequence a significant damage of the airplane, or the loss or failure of any essential functions.

10.
Emergency landings.

11.
Incidents leading to an emergency exit.

12.
Uncontrollable failures or significant racing of any component of high rotation speed (for example, the starter).

13.
Any leakage of working fluids  or other fluids likely to cause fire hazards or contamination risks of airframe or airplane equipment.

14.

b) Performances
1.  Cases of significant decrease of performances as compared to performances declared by the manufacturer (considering the accuracy of the method used for estimating the performances).
c)  Aircraft control
1.
Significant, unintentional deviations from the flight course, altitude (above 300 ft or 91.44m), attitude, airspeed (especially reduction of airspeed).

2.
Shocks caused by propeller wakes leading to significant difficulties.

3.
Unintentional contact with ground, including failed landing.

4.
Trespassing of end or side limits of the runway or takeoff-landing strip.

5.
Loss of control, for whatever reason.

6.
Stalling speed warning cases, other than the ones intended for training or testing.

7.
Events occurred at or above VS1 airspeed during takeoff (tail hitting, losses of engine power, etc.)

d) Airframe
1.
Damage of some elements in the main airframe. The main structural element is the one contributing significantly to the airplane loading on ground and in flight, and the breakdown of which can have as effect the catastrophic damage of the airplane.

2.
Breakdowns or damages beyond allowable limits to the main structural element qualified for damage admissibility, identified upon scheduled inspections.

3.
Damages or breakdowns beyond allowable tolerances to a structural element the damage of which can reduce the airframe rigidity so that the limits of flutter, divergence and reversal of controls can no longer be observed.

4.
Damages or breakdowns of a structural element that may lead to the detachment of some items, risking hurting of the airplane occupants.

5.
Damages or breakdowns of a structural element that may endanger the safe operation of the airplane systems.

6.
Loss of any airframe part in flight.
