Do this task: "Water System Servicing (Drain)" (AMM 12-14-61/301).

Do this task: "Water System Depressurization" (AMM 38-15-60/201).

Disconnect the electrical connector from the fill/drain valve.

(4)
Disconnect the valve fitting from the fill/drain valve.
(5)
Remove the clamshell coupling.
(6)
Move the sleeve for the coupling away (down) from the adapter.

Remove the screws and washers that hold the fill/drain valve to the bracket.

Remove the fill/drain valve.

If it is necessary, remove the caps from the water lines.

Put the fill/drain valve in its installed position.

Install the screws and washers.

Install the clamshell coupling
(a)
Remove the old O-rings,
(b)
Make sure that all the parts of the coupling are clean,
(c)
Apply a thin layer of lubricant on the O-rings and on the inner surface of the sleeve,
(d)
Install the new O-rings.
(e)
Make sure the ends that connect at the clamshell coupling are not more than 0.24 inch apart.
(f)
Move the sleeve to the center of the coupling.
(g)
Install the clamp.
