1. General_______
A. The compressor/bleed air interlock switch will be referred to as
compressor switch in this procedure.
B. This procedure includes two tasks; the removal, and the installation of the switch.

Do this task: "Water System Depressurization (AMM 38-15-60/201).

If it is not open, open the access door for the water service panel.

Cut each of the electrical wires to the compressor switch at the splice point.

Remove the bottom nut.
(5)
Lift the compressor switch out the bracket.

Hold the compressor switch in its position.

Install the nut below the compressor switch.

Make splices between the wires for the compressor switch to connect the airplanes wires.

Do this task: "Water System Pressurization" (AMM 38-15-60/201).

Do a check of the operation of the compressor switch.
(a)
Close the access door for the water service panel.
(b)
Make sure the air compressor operates.
(c)
Open the access door for the water service panel.
(d)
Make sure the air compressor does not operate.

If it is necessary, adjust the nuts that hold the compressor switch on the top bracket to agree with the above conditions.
(7)
Remove electrical power if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).
