WARNING: MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE PRESSURE FROM THE WATER PRESSURIZATION
_______ SYSTEM BEFORE YOU START TO REMOVE THE FILTER BODY. THIS REMOVES THE PRESSURE THAT IS IN THE WATER PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM. AIR THAT HAS HIGH PRESSURE CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS.

Do this task: "Water System Depressurization" (AMM 38-15-60/201).

For the ceiling panels in the area between RBL 35 and RBL 55 from stations 840 to 860, do this task: "Containerized Cargo Compartment Ceilings and Sidewall Linings - Removal" (AMM 25-52-01/401).

Remove the lockwire from the filter body.

Loosen and remove the filter body and the element from the filter head.

(1) Put a new O-ring on the new filter element.

(2) S 422-011Put the new element in the filter body.
(3) S 432-012Put a new O-ring on the filter body.
(4) S 432-049Turn the filter body into the filter head.
(5) S 432-050Tighten the filter body to a torque of 50 pound-inches.
(6) S 432-051Install the lockwire to the filter body and the filter head.
(7) S 862-063Do one of these tasks if it is necessary to pressurize the pneumatic system (AMM 36-00-00/201): (a) Pressurize the Pneumatic System with a ground air source. (b) Pressurize the Pneumatic System with the APU. (c) Pressurize the Pneumatic System with one or more engines.
(8) S 712-013Make sure the water flow is normal at the lavatory faucet.
