(d) Add water to make approximately 5 gallons (20 liters) of solution.

Perform hot water flush.
(a)
Drain system and add a minimum of 100 gallons of hot water to water tanks; close fill and overflow valve (water temperature 140 +/- 5 degrees Fahrenheit).
(b)
Open all water system faucets until water flows through each for 15 seconds.
(c)
Allow system to stand for one-half hour.
(2)
Drain the system (AMM 12-14-61/301).
(3)
Fill the system (AMM 12-14-61/301).
