On tanks with an electrical wire that connects to the tank, remove the wire.

Disconnect the electrical connectors for the water tank immersion heater and the thermostat.

Remove the clamshell coupling that connects the pressurization manifold to the water tank.

Remove the clamshell coupling that connects the water line to the water tank.

At each clamshell coupling that you removed, move the sleeves away from the water tank.

Disconnect the elbow from the bottom of the water tank.

At each of the attach points, remove the nut, washers, bushing (if applicable) and bolt that hold the tank to the tank support.
NOTE: Keep the parts that you removed adjacent to the attach points

Remove the tank.

D. Prepare to Install the Water Tank

At the clamshell connections, remove the old O-rings.

Make sure that all parts of the connection are clean.

Apply a thin layer of white protopet 1S lubricant on the surfaces of the new O-rings.

Apply a thin layer of white protopet 1S lubricant to the inner surfaces of the sleeve.

Remove the caps from the water and pressurization lines.
E. Water Tank Installation

Put the tank between the supports.

Move the tank until the lowest aft attach point is in line.

Apply grease and sealant to the applicable parts for the lowest aft attach point.

Loosely install the parts for the lowest aft attach point.

Apply grease and sealant to the applicable parts for the other attach points.
(6)
Install the parts for the other attach points.
(7)
Tighten the bolts to not more than 20 pound-inches.

Use a clean rag to wipe the grease from the exterior surfaces of the attach point parts.
