Put the element in the housing.

Install a new O-ring, the perforated disc, and the snapring.

Put a new O-ring behind the threaded part of the housing.

Remove the plug in the air compressor to keep contamination out.

Use your fingers to turn the inlet filter into the compressor.

Use an applicable wrench to tighten the inlet filter in the compressor.

Do this task: "Water System Pressurization: (AMM 38-15-60/201).

Make sure that the compressor operates.

Make sure that the compressor stops after approximately 5 minutes of its operation.

WARNING: MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE PRESSURE FROM THE WATER PRESSURIZATION
_______ SYSTEM BEFORE YOU START TO REMOVE THE INLET FILTER. THIS REMOVES THE PRESSURE THAT IS IN THE WATER PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM. AIR THAT HAS HIGH PRESSURE CAN CUASE INJURY TO PERSONS.

Do this task: "Water System Depressurization" (AMM 38-15-60/201).

Do this task: "Containerized Cargo Compartment Ceiling and Sidewall Linings - Removal" (AMM 25-52-01/401) to remove the ceiling panels in the area just right of center between stations 840 and 860.

Use an applicable wrench to loosen, turn and remove the inlet filter from the compressor.

Remove and discard the packing.
