Remove the caps from the three open lines.

Remove the old O-rings at each of the clamshell coupling locations.

Make sure the sleeve and the ends that connect are clean.

Lubricate the new O-rings and the inner surface of the sleeves with White Protopet 1S.

Install the new O-rings.

Put the overflow valve in its installed position.

Install the screws and washers.

Install the three clamshell couplings.
(a)
For the 0.50 inch diameter lines, make sure the ends that connect are in line and not more than 0.28 inch apart.
(b)
For the 0.75 inch diameter lines, make sure the ends are in line and not more than 0.25 inch apart.
(c)
Move the sleeve until it is in the center of the connection.
(d)
Put the clamshell over the connection and latch the fasteners.
(9)
Do this task: "Water System Pressurization" (AMM 38-15-60/201).
