Place a bucket under the waste panel drain valve.
(g)
Push the PUSH TO OPEN lever on the waste panel drain valve to make sure the waste panel drain valve is in the open position.
NOTE: A small amount of water trapped between the waste
____ panel drain valve and the waste drain ball valve will drain out. If water continues to leak, then the waste drain ball valve is damaged or not correctly engaged. Repair or replace as necessary (AMM 38-32-71/401).

(h)
Attach the the vacuum test tool to the waste panel drain valve.
(i)
Apply vacuum pressure to the vacuum test tool.
(j)
Regulate the airflow to the vacuum test tool to produce 3 psi (6 inches of mercury) (20 kPa) on the vacuum gage.
(k)
Look through the clear area of the vacuum test tool to see leakage.
NOTE: If water leaks from the waste panel drain valve,
____ the toilet tank drain valve is damaged or not fully engaged. Repair or replace the toilet tank drain valve as necessary (AMM 38-32-63/401).

(4) Do the leakage test of the waste panel drain valve as follows:
(a)
Remove the vacuum test tool from the waste panel drain valve and then close the waste panel drain valve.
(b)
Install the vacuum test tool on the waste panel drain valve.
(c)
Pull the handle at the service panel to open the waste drain ball valve.
(d)
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker on P414 Power Distribution Panel - Left: 1) 414E19 DRAIN VALVE LAV TANKS U-21
(e)
Apply vacuum pressure to the vacuum test tool.
(f)
Regulate the airflow to the vacuum test tool to produce 3 psi (6 inches of mercury) (20 kPa) on the vacuum gage.
(g)
Keep 3 psi of vacuum for 5 minutes.
(h)
Look through the clear area of the vacuum test tool to see leakage.
NOTE: If water leaks from the waste panel drain valve,
____ waste panel drain valve is damaged or not fully engaged. Repair or replace the waste panel drain valve as necessary (AMM 38-32-69/401).

(5) Do the leakage test of the rinse fill line and rinse line shutoff valve as follows:
(a) Open this circuit breaker on P414 Power Distribution Panel -Left and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag: 1) 414C15 LAV LIGHTS GHB

(b)
Make sure that the rinse line shutoff valve is closed.
(c)
Install the vacuum test tool on the rinse fitting of the service panel.
(d)
Apply vacuum pressure to the vacuum test tool.
(e)
Regulate the airflow to the vacuum test tool to produce 3 psi (6 inches of mercury) (20 kPa) on the vacuum gage.
(f)
Keep 3 psi of vacuum for 5 minutes.
(g)
Look through the clear area of the vacuum test tool to see leakage.
NOTE: If water leaks from the rinse line, the rinse line
____ shutoff valve is damaged or not fully engaged. Repair or replace the rinse line shutoff valve as necessary (AMM 38-32-67/401).
(h) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker on P414 Power Distribution Panel - Left: 1) 414C15 LAV LIGHTS GHB 2) 414F23 FILL CONT - LAV TANK
