 CAUTION:_______ FOR HONEYBEE 76 CLEANER, DO NOT DILUTE THE CHEMICAL SOLUTION. DAMAGE TO THE AIRPLANE SYSTEM COMPONENTS CAN RESULT IF THE CLEANER IS DILUTED.
 (a) (b)  Fill the toilet tank to 5 inches below top of toilet bowl with a mixture of water and liquid lysol-type products (optional Honey Bee 76 per manufacturer's recommendation).Let the liquid stand overnight or longer. During this period do these steps: 1) Activate flush motor several times each hour. 2) Use a soft-bristle brush to clean toilet bowl, ring and baffle. 3) Clean the floor pan. 4) Clean the toilet tank vent. 5) Clean the toilet bowl vent. 6) Clean lint from gap between toilet bowl and shroud.
 (4)  S 412-023Install the toilet shroud.
 (5)  S 612-022Drain and flush the toilet tank (AMM 12-17-02/301).
 (6)  S 672-021Clean the toilet service panel and the area around it with an approved disinfectant solution.
 (7)  S 672-020Dry the toilet service panel and the area around it.
 (8)  S 412-019Close the door for the toilet service panel (AMM 06-41-00/201).

 TOILET WASTE SYSTEM - ADJUSTMENT/TEST

 1.  General_______
 A. This procedure has these tasks:
 (1)  
A vacuum leak test at the service panel to make sure that the toilet system does not leak.

 (2)  
A pressure leak test with the cabin pressurized to make sure that the toilet system does not leak.

 (3)  
A gravity test to make sure that the toilet system does not leak.

 (4)  
An operational test of the rinse fill system.

 TASK 38-32-60-705-061
 2.  Toilet System Vacuum Leak Test______________________________
 A. General
 (1)  
The vacuum leak test is for use when the airplane is at the position where it is not possible to pressurize the airplane.

 (2)  
The components that are tested include the toilet tank, the components on the tank top, the drain tube, the ball valve, the rinse fitting cap and drain valve assembly on the service panel.

 B. Standard Tools and Equipment
 (1)  Toilet Waste Service Cart
 NOTE: Use a toilet waste service cart that can do these steps:

 -Fill the toilet tank with a delivery pressure of not less than 30 psig or more than 125 psig.
 -Hold and transport not less than 40 gallons of toilet waste.
 (2)  
Vacuum Test Fixture, BLISTER AI9000-2B

 (3)  
Compressed air source (shop air) - 50psi minimum

 (4)  
Gloves - Rubber (elbow length)

 D. Procedure
 S 615-071
 (1)  
Do this task: Toilet Tank Servicing (AMM 12-17-61/301) but do not add the chemical precharge to the toilet tank(s).

 (2)  
Get access to the service panel with a suitable manlift or ladders, if it is necessary.

 S 715-069

 (3)  
If it is necessary to do a leakage test of the toilet tank drain valve from the service panel, do these steps:

 (a)  
Make sure that the waste panel drain valve assembly is open with the cap open.

 (b)  
Make sure the handle for the toilet tank drain valves is in the closed position.

 (c)  
Fill the toilet tank with water to approximately half full.

 

 NOTE: If water leaks from the waste drain valve assembly, the
