Make sure that all of the parts that connect are clean.

Apply a thin layer of white protopet 1S lubricant on the surfaces of the three new O-rings.

Install the unloader check valve with the new O-ring on the
pressurization manifold.

Install the adapter on the inlet side of the unloader check valve.

Move the 1/2-inch air line to be in line with the adapter.

Install the clamshell coupling.
(a)
Put new O-rings on the ends that connect.
(b)
Make sure the distance between the flanges is not more than
0.28 inch apart.
(c)
Move the sleeve until it is in the center of the connection.
(d)
Install the clamp.

Install the clamp that holds the 1/2-inch air line to the floor beam at RBL92.

Do this task: "Water System Pressurization" (AMM 38-15-60/201).

Make sure there are no air leaks at the connections that were installed in the steps above.

Do the "Containerized Cargo Compartment Ceiling and Sidewall Linings Installation" task (AMM 25-52-01/401) to install the sidewall and ceiling panels.

Remove electrical power if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).

1. General_______
A. This procedure gives the instructions for three tasks. The first task is for the removal of the pressure relief valve. The second task is the installation of the pressure relief valve. The third task is to do a test of the pressure relief valve.

WARNING: MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE AIR PRESSURE FROM THE WATER
_______ PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM BEFORE YOU START TO REMOVE THE PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE. AIR WITH HIGH PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS.

Do this task: "Water System Depressurization (AMM 38-15-60/201).

Do the "Containerized Cargo Compartment Ceiling and Sidewall Linings Removal" task (AMM 25-52-01/401) to remove the upper 12 inches of the RH vertical sidewall panels between stations 840 and 860.

(3)
Do the "Containerized Cargo Compartment Ceiling and Sidewall Linings Removal" task (AMM 25-52-01/401) to remove the ceiling panels adjacent to the sidewall panels that you removed.

(4)
Put a suitable wrench on the flatted surfaces of the Pressure Relief Valve.
