Do the applicable steps of BAC 5000 to fay surface seal the fill fitting to the service panel.

Remove the cap from the water fill line.

Put the fill fitting in its installed position.

(4)
Apply the sealant to the threads of the screws.

Install the screws.

(6)
Make sure the outlet of the fill fitting is not more than 0.24 inch from the water fill line.

Move the sleeve over the end of the fill fitting until it is over the center of the connection.

Install the clamshell coupling.

Do this task: "Water System Pressurization" (AMM 38-15-60/201).

Do this task: "Fill the Water System" (AMM 12-14-61/301).
