RINSE FITTING - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure includes two tasks.
(1)
The removal of the rinse fitting.
(2)
The installation of the rinse fitting.
B. The rinse fitting for the toilet waste tank is on the service panel at the airplane centerline below the forward cargo compartment floor.
C. The installation task includes a check of the rinse fitting for correct operation.

Service the applicable waste tank (AMM 12-17-61/301), but do not add the chemical precharge.

Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a) P415 Panel 1) 415D35 UPR DK LAV FLUSH MOTOR U-21
(3)
At the service panel, open the cap to the applicable rinse fitting.
(4)
Gain access to the forward cargo compartment.

Remove the floor panel above the ball valve in the area of station 585 and RBL 5.
