Make sure the ends that connect are clean.

Put a thin layer of lubricant on the five new O-rings.

Put the O-rings in their installed positions.

Connect the check valve to the outlet side of the filter.

Connect the adapter to the outlet side of the check valve.

Put the check valve with the connected parts on the bracket.

Install loosely the spacer, washer and screws that hold the in-line air filter on the bracket.

Install the two clamshell couplings.

Make sure the ends that connect are in line and not more than
0.28 inch apart.
(b)
Move the sleeve until it is in the center of the connection.
(c)
Put the clamshell over the connection and latch the fasteners.

Tighten the screws that hold the in-line air filter on the bracket.
