Seal the connector with a cap and seal the receptacle with a plug.
CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT NO CONTAMINATION GOES IN THE OPEN PORTS ON
_______ THE CONTROL MODULE. THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT.
(d) Remove the seal plate from the control module.

Install the Solenoid Valve (Fig. 401)

WARNING: REFER TO AMM 32-00-30/201 FOR THE LOCK INSTALLATION PROCEDURE.
_______ THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Make sure that you install the door locks of the wing and the body landing gear (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Install the solenoid valve.
(a)
Install the new O-ring on the connector at the bottom of the solenoid valve.
(b)
Put a new seal plate on the ports of the control module.
(c)
Put the solenoid valve in its position on the seal plate and install the 4 capscrews. 1) Tighten the capscrews to a torque of 95 to 100
pound-inches.

Disconnect the steering actuators of the body landing gear from the torsion link (AMM 32-53-11/201).

Close the circuit breakers as follows for the steering system of the body landing gear:
