WARNING:_______ YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO INSTALL
THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE
QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS
CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Nose Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Make sure the pilot's tiller is centered.

Remove system No. 1 hydraulic power (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Remove the aft anticavitation check valve plug.
NOTE: Remove the plug slowly, and bleed off the trapped fluid
____ or the check valve spring and poppet can come out.

(6) Install the adapter, the hose and the gage.
NOTE: Make sure the spring and poppet are installed as shown in
____ View B.

WARNING: MAKE SURE THE NOSE GEAR DOOR LOCK IS INSTALLED AND THAT NOSE
_______ GEAR GROUND DOOR RELEASE HANDLE IS IN DOWN AND LOCKED POSITION. MAKE SURE THAT LANDING GEAR CONTROL HANDLE IS IN DOWN POSITION. INADVERTENT APPLICATION OF HYDRAULIC PRESSURE CAN CAUSE DOORS TO CLOSE RAPIDLY CAUSING POSSIBLE INJURY.
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF ALL CONTROL
_______ SURFACES BEFORE YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. AILERONS, RUDDERS, ELEVATORS, FLAPS, SPOILERS, LANDING GEAR, AND THRUST REVERSERS CAN MOVE QUICKLY WHEN YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(7) Supply system No. 1 hydraulic power (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Pressure should read from 50 to 130 psi.
AIRPLANES WITH PARKER SB 2670005-32-45 OR
WITH PARKER 2670005M7 VALVES;
Pressure should read from 205 to 325 psi.
