Remove the command transducer from the cable compensator.

To install the cable compensator these steps are necessary:
-Install command transducer on cable compensator
-Position compensator with splined shaft thru the forward bulkhead in the electronic equipment bay
-Seat splined shaft in trunnion pivot drive bar and install bolt retainer
-
Connect the cable compensator housing to the bulkhead with bolts
-
Connect the cables to the cable compensator
-Rig the cables
-Connect the electrical connector to the command transducer.

(1) Install the ground locks in all landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).
