NOSE LANDING GEAR STEERING PIVOT LINK - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General
_______
A. This procedure has two tasks:
(1)
The removal of the steering pivot link of the nose gear
(2)
The installation of the steering pivot link of the nose gear.
B.
The steering pivot link of the nose gear is found in the nose wheel well (between the landing gear trunnion and the wheel well bulkhead).

(1) Make sure that you install the ground locks of the landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).

Install the door lock of the nose gear.

Remove the nut (3) and the retainer (4) from the cable compensator shaft.
