(3) Turn the drain valve handle found at the service panel to open the
water drain valve.

open the sink cabinet door and turn the drain valve handle to DRAIN.
NOTE:____ the drain valves in lavatories D and E must not be moved from
their normal (SUPPLY/DRAIN or ON) positions for this
