(4) S 434-013Install the two bolts and washers that connect the fill valve to the inboard bracket.
(5) S 434-014Install the inboard and outboard stop nuts.
(6) S 024-059Remove the caps from the four lines.
(7) S 434-015Connect the four lines to the fill valve.
(8) S 424-016Connect the shaft to the fill valve as follows: (a) Install the washers and the connect pin. (b) Make sure the fill valve is closed.
(9) S 864-017Fill the water tank (AMM 12-14-00/301).

Examine all of the fill valve lines and connections for leakage.

Install the access panel on the aft bulkhead in the aft cargo compartment.

FORWARD LAVATORY DRAIN VALVE - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. The Forward Lavatory Drain Valve is referred to as the Drain Valve in this procedure.
B. This procedure has two tasks.
(1)
A removal of the drain valve in the forward lavatory.
(2)
An installation of the drain valve.

(1) Open this circuit breaker and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
(a) Circuit Breaker Panel, P18-3:
1) 18F14 LAVATORY WATER HEATER A

Do this task: Potable Water System - Pressure Release (AMM 38-41-00/201).

Get access to the lavatory.

Open the faucet to release the pressure and to drain some of the water.

Open the cabinet below the sink to get access to the shutoff valve.
D. Drain Valve Removal

(1)
Loosen the B-nuts for the tube connections at the drain valve [1].
(a) Use a rag to catch the water in the tubes.
(2)
Remove the screws [3] for the bracket [4].

Remove the handle of the drain valve [1] and then loosen the nut and disconnect the bracket [4].

Remove the drain valve [1].
