B. Procedure

Put the water heater in the sink cabinet.

(2)
Install the water heater into the attach clamp.

(3)
Connect the inlet and the outlet tubes to the water heater.

(4)
Connect the electrical connector into the compartment wall.

Turn the lavatory drain valve to the ON position and examine for water leaks.

CAUTION: DO NOT SUPPLY ELECTRICAL POWER TO THE WATER HEATER UNTIL THE
_______ WATER HEATER IS FULLY FILLED WITH WATER. DAMAGE TO THE WATER HEATER CAN OCCUR IF IT IS NOT FULLY FILLED WITH WATER.

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close the applicable LAVATORY WATER HEATER circuit breaker on the P18-4 panel.
(7)
Turn the water heater switch to the ON position.

WATER HEATERS WITH TEMPERATURE SELECT SWITCH; If the water is not at the correct temperature, move the temperature select switch to a higher or lower temperature position.

A. The washbasin faucet can be repaired to stop the water leakage. You must repair or replace the cartridge valve below the faucet handle to repair the water leakage.

B. Procedure

(1) AIRPLANES WITH WEBER LAVATORY FAUCETS;
Do these steps to remove the cartridge:
(a)
Examine the water faucet for leaks.
(b)
Turn the lavatory drain valve to the OFF position.
(c)
Lift the faucet handle to the vertical position.
(d)
Install a wrench to the hexnut and remove the cartridge from the body assembly.
(e)
Examine the cartridge valve and replace the O rings if required.
NOTE: If the cartridge valve surface that seals is not
