A. General
(1) Throughout the task, the following valves are referred to:
(a) The valve in the toilet tank that keeps the fluid from entering the drain lines is referred to as the "tank dump valve".

The ball valve that is in the drain line between the toilet tank dump valve and the service panel valve is referred to as the "in-line ball valve".
(c)
The valve at the service panel that allows the fluid to drain from the airplane into a waste truck (drum) is referred to as the "panel drain valve".

Do the servicing procedure for the toilet tank but drain the chemical precharge after five minutes (AMM 12-17-00/301).

Do not close the service panel drain valve.

Fill the toilet tank with approximately 5 gallons of water.

On flush/fill ports with caps, close the cap.

Disconnect the quick disconnect for the tank dump valve control cable.

Use the handle assembly tool to pull the tank dump valve cable open for at least 10 seconds or until the water stops flowing.

For Cabin Pressurization Test (AMM 38-32-00/501), hold the drain valve handle.
