C. Forward Sill Drain Bladder Assembly Installation.
S 394-013
(1)
Apply a fay surface seal with sealant, BMS5-95 between the plate assembly (7) and the plate adapter (11).
S 864-021
(2)
Put the plate adapter (11) in its position on the plate assembly with the bolt holes aligned.

(3)
Apply a fay surface seal with sealant, BAC 5010, Type 60 between the plate assembly (7) and the forward drain bladder assy (6).

Put the forward drain bladder assy (6) in its position on the plate adapter (11).

Apply a wet seal with sealant, BAC 5010, Type 60 to the bolts (9).

Install the bolts (9), washers (10), countersunk washers (13), and nuts (12).

Install the cap assembly (5) and clamp (8) on the forward drain bladder assy (6).

Put the plate assembly (7) in its position.

Install the screws (2) and washers (3) to attach the plate assembly (7) to the structure.

Install the clamp (1) and the hose to the outlet of the forward drain bladder assy (6).

Install the clamps (4) and the drain lines to the inlet of the forward drain bladder assy (6).
D. Forward Sill Drain Bladder Assembly Installation Test.

Pour water into the sill drain at the forward entry door.
S 794-025
(2)
Make sure the water flows to the forward sill drain bladder assembly without leakage.
E. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition
S 414-026
(1) Close the Electronic Equipment Access Door, 117A.
