C. Procedure
(1) S 164-017Make sure the flush port fitting is clean.
(2) S 644-009Apply a thin layer of lubricant on a new O-ring gasket.
(3) S 424-010Install the o-ring gasket on the flush port fitting.
(4) S 424-011Turn the flush port nipple clockwise to install it on the flush port fitting.
(5) S 424-012Install a lockwire between the nipple and the cap structure.
(6) S 614-013Add precharge to the toilet tank (AMM 12-17-00/301)
(7) S 414-014Close the flush port cap.
(8) S 414-015Close the toilet service panel.

Open the cap of the flush port fitting assembly.

Remove the cotter pin from the hinge pin.
