Install the slat inner skin, the coverplate, and the doubler.

Install the seal in the end of the outer duct.

Put the outer duct assembly over the inner duct.

Tighten the cap nut to 250 to 370 pound-inches.

_______ THE SLAT ACTUATOR SO THEY DO NOT TOUCH THE TELESCOPING DUCT (AMM 27-81-21/401). IF THE HARNESS AND CLAMPS ARE NOT IN THE CORRECT POSITION, RUB OR WEAR DAMAGE CAN OCCUR.

For the duct at slat 1 or 6: Install the access door for the outer duct and the slat inner skin.
