Install a new O-ring on the solenoid valve.

(2)
Install the tee in the solenoid valve.
(a) Do not tighten the tee.
(3)
Put the solenoid valve in the correct position.
(4)
Attach the valve to the structure.

(5) Install the tubing B-nuts.
(a) Tighten the nuts.

Tighten the nut on the solenoid valve tee.

Install the ground strap to the bonding tab on the solenoid valve.
(a) Make sure the resistance from the solenoid body to the frame is not more that 0.0025 ohms.

Install the electrical connector.

Do the test for the solenoid valve.
(a)
Use the ground air source or the APU to pressurize the pneumatic system (Ref 36-05-00/201).
(b)
Examine the solenoid valve for leaks at the B-nuts and the tee connections. 1) No leakage is permitted.
D. Put the Airplane to Its Usual Condition

Remove the pressure from the pneumatic system if it is not necessary (Ref 36-05-00/201).
(2)
Close the access panel for the applicable engine.

WING ANTI-ICING GROUND OVERHEAT THERMAL SWITCH -

1. General_______
A. This procedure has two tasks, one for the removal and one for the installation of the wing anti-ice ground overheat thermal switches (referred to as "thermal switches" in this procedure).
B. The thermal switches are located approximately 20 inches outboard of each wing anti-ice valve. You will get access to the thermal switches through the access panels on the lower surface near the wing leading edge.
