(2) Remove the access panels (AMM 12-30-00/201).

Remove the 6307L panel from the left wing.
(b)
Remove the 6407R panel from the right wing.

Disconnect the electrical connectors from the valves.
(a)
Disconnect the D732 electrical connector from the valve in the left wing.
(b)
Disconnect the D734 electrical connector from the valve in the right wing.
(4)
Disconnect the bonding jumper from the valve.
S 024-006
(5)
Remove the valve.
(a)
While you hold the valve, disconnect the couplings on each side of the valve.
(b)
Move the couplings away from the valve.

(1) Examine the flanges of the valve.
(a)
See that the flanges are clean.
(b)
See that the flanges do not have cracks.
(c)
See that the flanges do not have scratches.
(d)
See that the flanges are straight.

(2) Examine the flanges of the duct.
(a)
See that the flanges are clean.
(b)
See that the flanges do not have cracks.
(c)
See that the flanges do not have scratches.

See that the flanges are straight.

Put the valve between the flanges of the duct.
(a)
Make the motor on the valve point aft.
(b)
Make the arrow on the valve point outboard.

Install the couplings on the valve.
