Do this test to make sure the valve operates correctly.
(a)
Put the WING ANTI-ICE switch in the ON position.
(b)
See that the L VALVE OPEN and R VALVE OPEN lights come on brightly for 1 to 3 seconds.
(c)
See that the L VALVE OPEN and R VALVE OPEN lights come on dimly after 3 seconds.
(d)
See that the wing anti-ice valves are open.
(e)
Put the WING ANTI-ICE switch in the OFF position.
(f)
See that the L VALVE OPEN and the R VALVE OPEN lights come on brightly for 1 to 3 seconds.
(g)
See that the L VALVE OPEN and the R VALVE OPEN lights go off after 3 seconds.
(h)
See that the wing anti-ice valves are closed.

(10) Seal and install the access panels (AMM 12-30-00/201).
(a)
Seal and install the 6307L panel for the left wing.
(b)
Seal and install the 6407L panel for the right wing.

NOTE: Each light will come on, then go off.

(5) Remove the access panels to get to the TAI valves
(AMM 12-30-00/201).

(6) Make sure the TAI valves open correctly.
(a)
Put the WING ANTI-ICE switch in the ON position.
(b)
Make sure the L VALVE OPEN and R VALVE OPEN lights come on brightly for 1 to 3 seconds.
(c)
Make sure the L VALVE OPEN and R VALVE OPEN lights are on dimly after 3 seconds.
(d)
Make sure the wing TAI valves open.

(7) Do this test of the TAI valve indication for the left wing.
