(2)
Put warning notices in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate the flaps or slats.
(3) Put the safety barriers in position.

(1) Use a clean MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003), made moist with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-026), to clean:
-the bottom-skin lower-surface between RIB1 and RIB7.

B. Detailed Visual Inspection of the Outer-Wing Bottom Skin Lower-Surface at the Attachment to the Front Spar between RIB1 and RIB7, Excluding the Area Covered by the Pylon Fairing and Pylon Reinforcing
(1) Examine the bottom-skin lower-surface at the attachment to the front spar between RIB1 and RIB7. Make sure that:

there is no corrosion or damage
-
there are no scratches or scores
-
there are no loose or damaged fasteners
-the surface protection is in the correct condition.
