(1)
Open the Main Landing Gear doors (Ref. TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
(2)
Install an access platform at the zone 147(148).
(3)
Remove the access covers 147AZ, 148AZ (Ref. TASK 57-17-11-000-001).
(4)
Take a torch for the inspection.

Clean the inspection surface with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-004) and MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003), if necessary.
(2)
Make sure that the surface of the inspection area is clean and smooth.
(3)
Do a check of the inspection area for visible damage or
discontinuities.
(4)
Make sure that there is no:
(a)
Corrosion damage:
-If you find corrosion damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 512200,P.Block 001) for types, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
(b)
Other damage (cracks, scratches, stress, marks, dents, bumps, ...):
-If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 511100,P.Block 001) for damage classification and corrective action.
4. Procedure

A. Inspection

(1)
Do a special detailed inspection of the center wing box rear spar around access door cutouts. Refer to the Non-destructive Testing Manual (Ref. NTM 571109,P.Block-601).
(2)
Make a report of damage after NDT inspection:
(a)
Corrosion damage:
-If you find damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 512200,P.Block 001) for types, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
(b)
Other damage (cracks, scratches, stress, marks, dents, bumps...):
-If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 511100,P.Block 001) for damage classification and corrective action.

(2)
Install the access covers 147AZ, 148AZ (Ref. TASK 57-17-11-400-001).
(3)
Remove the access platform.
(4)
Close the Main Landing Gear doors (Ref. TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
