Install the TOOL-ZERO LOCKING, FLAP SLAT CTL LEVER (98D27803500001) on the flap/slat control lever.
(2)
Put warning notices in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate the flaps or slats.
(3) Put the safety barriers in position. Subtask 57-21-00-010-074
B. Get Access
(1)
Put the access platform in position at the wing leading edge, zone 522 (622).
(2)
Remove the overwing refuel adapter (Ref. TASK 28-11-43-000-001).

A. Preparation for Inspection
(1) Use a MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003), made moist with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-026) to clean the area around the manual refuel opening.

the wing top skin surface (3) adjacent to the manual refuel opening
-
the interface between the overwing refuel adapter (4) and the wing
top skin surface (3).
Make sure that:

there is no damage to the edge of the hole
