R  (1) Examine the areas of the top and the bottom skin surfaces adjacent to 
R  the access panel cut-outs. 
R  Make sure that: 
R  - there is no corrosion of the access panel (1) and the wing skin (3) 
R  - the sealing ring (2) is in good condition 
R  - the access hole edges in the wing skin (3) are not damaged 
R  - the knitted gasket (4) is in good condition 
R  - there is no damage to, or scoring of, the clamp ring (5) and the 
R  access panel (1) interface 
R  - the bolt (6) holes in the clamp ring (5) are not damaged 
R  - the paint finish is of the correct condition. 
R  NOTE : If necessary, refer to the ASRM (Ref. ASRM 572000) for the____ 
R  correct repair procedure.

R  (1) Remove unwanted sealant from the access panel cut-out(s) and the seal 
R  faces of the access panels. 
R  (2) Use a clean MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003), made moist with 
R  CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-026), to clean: 
R  - the access panel assembly (1) interfaces 
R  - the bottom wing skin (3) interfaces and the adjacent area 
R  - the access panel outer (5) and the bolt (6) areas.

R  - for the right wing, install 640AB, 640BB.

R  (1) Refuel (Ref. TASK 12-11-28-650-003), defuel (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-650-
R  001) or transfer fuel (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-869-001) as necessary.

R  C. Removal of Equipment 
R  (1) Remove the TOOL-ZERO LOCKING, FLAP SLAT CTL LEVER from the flap/slat
