Remove the HOOK-COVER (RIB 2 SURGE DOORS) (98D57004013000) on the forward surge doors.
(2)
Remove the HOOK-COVER (RIB2-SURGE DOORS) (98D57004014000) on the aft surge doors.
(3)
Close the RIB2 surge doors:
-
For the left wing: 540AZ, 540BZ
-
For the right wing: 640AZ, 640BZ.
(4)
Install the access panels (Ref. TASK 57-27-11-400-001):
-For the left wing: 540AB
-For the right wing: 640AB.

C. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
(1)
Remove the access platform(s).
(2)
Remove the warning notice(s).
(3)
Remove the TOOL-ZERO LOCKING, FLAP SLAT CTL LEVER (98D27803500001) on the flap/slat control lever.
(4)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

Install warning notices in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate the flaps or slats.

Open and safety the main landing-gear doors 734 and 744 (Ref. TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
(2)
Put an access platform in position at the zones 191 and 192.
(3)
Remove the access panels (Ref. TASK 53-35-11-000-001):

For the right side: 192LB.
