B. Inspection
(1)
Use a spark-free lamp to light the applicable inspection area and if necessary a mirror.
(2)
Examine the aft face of the front spar (ribs 22 thru 27). Make sure that:
-
there is no corrosion
-
there are no scratches, scores or damage
-
there are no loose or damaged fasteners
-the protective finish is in the correct condition.
NOTE : If necessary, refer to the ASRM (Ref. ASRM 572100) for the
____
correct repair procedure.
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Install the applicable access panels (Ref. TASK 28-12-47-400-001) (Ref. TASK 28-12-45-400-002) (Ref. TASK 57-27-11-400-002) and (Ref. TASK 28-10-00-910-002):
-for the left wing, 550AB, 550BB, 550CB, 550DB, 560AB
-for the right wing, 650AB, 650BB, 650CB, 650DB, 660AB. Subtask 57-21-00-650-061
B. Fuel Configuration
(1) Refuel (Ref. TASK 12-11-28-650-003), defuel (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-650-001) or transfer fuel (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-869-001) as necessary.

C. Removal of Equipment
(1)
Remove the warning notice(s).
(2)
Remove the safety barriers.

Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
