R R (1) Make a detailed inspection of the horizontal stabilizer jack fitting and surrounding external structure for: - debonding of the fittings halves, - delaminations, - deterioration of the structure, - condition of the Hi-Lok fasteners, - condition of the bearings.
R R R (2) If damage is found, look for allowable damage limits (Ref. SRM 551600 PB 101).
