(3) Put the access platform in position at zone 334 for the left hand trimmable horizontal stabilizer leading edge and/or zone 344 for the right hand trimmable horizontal stabilizer leading edge.
4. Procedure

A. Visual Inspection
(1) Examine the leading edge sections to make sure that:

there is no distortion

there are no loose screws
-
there is no damage to the anti-erosion stainless steel covers
-
there is no damage to the paint finish.
NOTE : If you find damage, make sure that the damage is within the

limits given in the SRM 55-12-00.
NOTE : The stainless steel anti-erosion covers are not painted.
