Put a container 5l under the drain hose to collect water
accumulation.

D. Safety Precautions
(1)
Put the warning notices in position to tell persons not to pressurize the yellow hydraulic system: - on the panel 40VU in the cockpit, - on the ground service panel of the yellow hydraulic system.

A. Preparation for Draining
(1) Disconnect the drain hose (3):
(a)
Make match marks on the clamps and hydraulic lines for the correct position for installation.
(b)
Remove the nut (9) and the washer (10).
(c)
Pull the drain hose (3) away from the screw (13), make sure that you collect the spacer (12).
(d)
Remove the nut (8), the washer (7) and the screw (5).
(e) Remove the clamp (2) and the plug (1). Subtask 32-43-14-210-053
B. Draining of the Brake Dual Distribution Valve
(1)
Drain the contents of the drain hose (3) into the container.
(2)
If you find water in the drain hose, do the procedure for corrosion inspection (Ref. TASK 32-43-14-200-003)

If you find hydraulic fluid in the drain hose, replace the Brake Dual Distribution Valve (BDDV) 2577GM (Ref. TASK 32-43-14-000-001) and (Ref. TASK 32-43-14-400-001).
