_______ STRUCTURE. IF THE FLUID GETS ON THE AIRCRAFT STRUCTURE, WASH IT OFF IMMEDIATELY WITH SOAP AND WATER.
(1)
Install the packings (2) and the back-up rings (3) on the bobbin (4).
(2)
Install the packings (6) and (9), the retainer (7) and the back-up ring (8) on the filter (5).
(3)
Install the bobbin (4) and the filter (5) in the normal brake manifold.
(4)
Carefully install the normal brake safety-valve (1) on the normal brake manifold. Make sure that you do not cause damage to:

the packings (2), (6) and (9)
-
the back-up rings (3) and (8)
-
the retainer (7)
-
the bobbin (4)
-
the filter (5).
(5)
Install the bolts (10) and TORQUE to between 0.7 and 0.85 m.daN
(61.94 and 75.22 lbf.in).

C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1GG, 2GG, 3GG, 4GG.

Pressurize the Green hydraulic system

Pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system
(Ref. TASK 29-10-00-863-002).
(5)
Make sure that the Green and the Yellow hydraulic system reservoirs are pressurized (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).

Do an operational test of the Normal Braking system (Ref. TASK 32-42-00-710-001).

Make sure that there are no hydraulic leaks at the interface of the normal brake manifold and the normal brake safety-valve.

(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Remove the safety barriers.
(3)
Remove the warning notice(s).
(4)
Remove the access platform(s).
