C. Disconnection of the PTU Isolation Coupling
(1) Disconnect the PTU isolation coupling (Ref. TASK 29-23-00-860-001).
(2) Put the access platform in position.

E. Safety Precautions
(1) Put the warning notices in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system: - on the panel 40VU in the cockpit, - on the ground service panel of the Yellow hydrualic system.
4. Procedure

A. Removal of the Accumulator Pressure Gage 2585GM
(1) Remove the cap (2) and carefully turn the charging valve (3) to the open position to depressurize the accumulator (1).
WARNING : WEAR GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THE LOCKWIRE. CUT,
_______ REMOVE AND DISCARD THE LOCKWIRE AS YOU DO THE TASK. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU.
(a)
Remove and discard the lockwire from the nut (5) and the adapter (4).
(b)
Install the cap (2) on the charging valve (3).
(c)
Loosen the nut (5) and remove the gage (6).
(d)
Put blanking plugs in the open ports.
