A. Safety Precautions
R (1) Put the safety barriers in position.
(2)
Make sure that the ground safety locks are on the landing gear (Ref. TASK 32-00-00-481-001).
(3)
On the panel 400VU:
-make sure that the landing-gear control-lever 6GA is in the DOWN position
-put a warning notice in position to tell persons not to operate the landing gear.
(4)
Put a warning notice on the ground service connection to tell persons not to pressurize the Green and Yellow hydraulic system.

B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Put an access platform in position at zone 733, 743.
(2)
Put a container below the pressure transducer.
(3)
Disconnect the isolation coupling of the PTU (Ref. TASK 29-23-00-860-001).

(4)
Make sure that the Yellow and Green hydraulic systems are de-pressurized (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
(5)
Make sure that the applicable hydraulic reservoirs have been depressurized (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001).

A. Removal of the Normal Brake Pressure-Tranducer
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (1).
(2) Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors. R (3) Remove the screws (4) and the pressure transducer (2).
(4)
Collect the hydraulic fluid in the container.
(5)
Remove and discard the seal (3).
(6)
Put a blanking plug in the opening of the normal brake manifold and the pressure transducer.
