On the panel 110VU, set the PARK BRK control switch to ON. NOTE : On the panel 400VU, make sure that brake pressure indication
____ on the Yellow brake-pressure triple indicator is correct. If necessary pressurize the brake accumulator with Yellow pump (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-863-002).

Slowly open the bleed valve until the hydraulic fluid flows smoothly. Let the fluid flow until it has no air bubbles.
(9)
Close the bleed valve and on the panel 110VU, set the PARK BRK control switch to OFF.
(10)
If necessary, do the operations again until all the air is removed from the braking system.
(11)
Disconnect the vinyl hose. Remove all signs of the fluid from the bleed screw .
(12) Install the bleed screw plug.

CAUSE INJURY.
CAUTION : MAKE SURE THAT THE FLUID DOES NOT STAY ON THE AIRCRAFT
_______ STRUCTURE. IF THE FLUID GETS ON THE AIRCRAFT STRUCTURE, WASH IT OFF IMMEDIATELY WITH SOAP AND WATER.
CAUTION : DO NOT PUSH THE BRAKEPEDALS WHILE YOU BLEED THE SAFETY VALVE.
_______ MOVEMENT OF THE PEDALS WILL INCREASE THE PRESSURE IN THE SAFETY VALVE AND WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SAFETY VALVE.
NOTE : Do this bleeding procedure only when you have safety valve P/N

R (1) Make sure that the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurized R (Ref. TASK 29-23-00-864-001).
(2) Release the pressure from the Parking Brake Accumulator
(a) Operate the manual depressurization button on the brake relief valve 3067GM to release the pressure.
R (b) On the panel 400VU, make sure that the triple indicator shows a R zero pressure reading.

Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic reservoir (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(4)
Pressurize the Yellow hydraulic reservoir to between 0.5 bar (7.2518 psi) and 1 bar (14.5037 psi) (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
CAUTION : DO NOT PRESSURIZE THE HYDRAULIC RESERVOIRS TO MORE THAN 1
_______ BAR (14.5 PSI). HIGHER PRESSURE WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SAFETY VALVE.

Remove and discard the lockwire from the reactivation plug (1).
(6)
Slowly loosen the reactivation plug (1) and put the vent hole in the up position to get a smooth flow of fluid. Let the fluid flow until it has no air bubbles.
NOTE : Do not loosen the reactivation plug (1) more than 2.5 turns.

Make sure that the static seal (2) is correctly installed in it's O'ring groove.
(8)
Tighten the reactivation plug (1) and torque it to between 3.85 and 4 m.daN (28.39 and 29.49 lbf.ft).

(a) Use a clean MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003) made moist with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-004) to remove unwanted hydraulic fluid from the safety valve and the adjacent area.
(10) Safety the reactivation plug (1) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).

C. Test
(1) Do an operational test of the alternate braking system with anti skid. (Ref. TASK 32-43-00-710-001)
NOTE : Do only the test of the alternate braking for the related
____ brake unit (Para. 4. A.(1) to A.(2)).
NOTE : The safety valve can close if there is too much flow of
____ hydraulic fluid during the bleeding operation. If there is no pressure at the brake during the test, you must reactivate the related safety valve (Ref. TASK 32-43-16-600-001).
NOTE : During the test, make sure that there are no leaks from the
