the air pressure in the green hydraulic reservoir. If the air pressure is less than the nominal value pressurize the green hydraulic reservoir (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).


 (3) Before you start the filling operation, you must let the fluid rest one hour minimum.
 NOTE : Do not operate other aircraft systems related to this

 reservoir.

 Open the filling valves on the bleed valves of the alternate brake distribution dual valve 2577GM. Fill until the fluid flows with no air bubbles from the bleed valve of reservoir 2624GM. The supply pressure must not be more than 4 bar (58.0150 psi).

 Close the filling valve on the left bleed valve (union J). Use the filling valve on the right bleed valve (union K) to continue the filling operation. Monitor the fluid flow. When the fluid flows with no air bubbles, open the filling valve on the left bleed valve (union J).

 (6)
 Close the filling valve on the right bleed valve (union K). Use the filling valve on the left bleed valve (union J) to continue the filling operation. Monitor the fluid flow. When the fluid flows with no air bubbles, close the filling valve on the left bleed valve (union J).

 At this step the reservoir 2624GM is full (the reservoir piston is on its stop). Let the fluid flow through the bleed valve on the reservoir 2624GM. Close the bleed valve when the piston end is aligned with the green band (normal level).

 Close the bleed valves of the alternate brake distribution dual valves 2577GM.

 B. Test
 (1)
 Pressurize the Yellow Hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-863-002).

 Do this test:

 Push the right pedal on the On the pressure gauges, make sure that

 Captain or First Officer side.  the pressure applied to the brake units on the right main gear is 175 plus or minus 10 bars (2538 PSI plus or minus 145 PSI).

 4.
 Release the right pedal.


 NOTE : If the pressure obtained at the brake units is not within the
____ specified values, do again the operations given in the procedure.

 5. Close-up

 A. Put the System in Normal Configuration
 (1)
 Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic system
 (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-864-002).


 (2)
 On each brake unit, close the Yellow System bleed valves remove the pressure gage and install plugs on the bleed valves.

 (3)
 Disconnect the supply lines from the alternate brake distribution dual valves 2577GM.

 (4)
 Safety the bleed valves with lockwire corrosion resistant steel 0.8 mm (0.30 in) dia.

 (5)
 Install the plugs on the bleed valves.

 (6)
 Disconnect the hose from the reservoir 2624GM and connect the drain hose (aircraft system) on the bleed valve.

 (7)
 Check the content of the Green reservoir 1000GQ (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-200-001).


 Subtask 32-43-00-410-052
 B. Close Access
 (1) Close the access door 811.
 (2) Close the main door of the main gear (Ref. TASK 32-12-00-410-001). Subtask 32-43-00-942-056
 C. Removal of Equipment
 (1)
 Remove the access platform(s).

 (2)
 Remove the warning notice(s).

 (3)
 Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
