Push the pressure release button on the pressure relief valve 3067GM to depressurize the alternate brake system.
(4)
Make sure that the pressure on the gauge 2585GM decreases to the fill pressure of the accumulator 2582GM (Ref. TASK 32-44-11-200-001).
(5)
Disconnect the PTU isolation coupling:
(a)
Depressurize the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
(b)
Disconnect the PTU isolation coupling (Ref. TASK 29-23-00-860-001).
(6)
Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position.

(7)
Put the CONTAINER 5 L(1 1/2 USGAL) below the manifold 3016GM to collect the hydraulic fluid leakage.
(8)
Do the safety precautions:
(a) Put the WARNING NOTICE in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system: - on the panel 40VU in the cockpit, - on the ground service panel of the Yellow hydraulic system.

A. Removal of the Alternate Braking Selector Valve
(1)
Obey the hydraulic safety procedures (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-910-002).
(2)
Disconnect the electrical connector (10).
(a)
Install a PLUG - BLANKING on the electrical connector (10).
(b)
Install a PLUG - BLANKING on the electrical receptacle of the alternate braking selector valve (12).
(3)
Remove the bolt (11), the washer (8) and the bonding lead (7).
(4)
Remove the bolts (9), the washers (8) and the alternate braking selector valve (12) from the manifold assembly (1).
(5)
Remove the bobbins (4) (Ref. TASK 20-23-21-911-001).
(6)
Install a PLUG - BLANKING in each of the open ports of the alternate braking selector valve (12) and the manifold assembly (1).
