Put the overpressure protector (4) in position. Engage the location dowel in the dowel hole (2).

Apply a thin layer of COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-004) to the threads of the bolts (1) then install and tighten the bolts (1).

Do a bonding check between the overpressure protector and RIB 15 (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-002). The bonding resistance must be less than 10 milliohms.
(5)
Apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-007) over the ends of the bolts (1) and the edge of the overpressure protector (4) where it touches RIB

B. Installation of the Overpressure Protector 102QM(103QM)
(1)
Install the new O-ring (3) on the overpressure protector (4).
(2)
Put the overpressure protector (4) in position. Engage the location dowel in the dowel hole (2).
NOTE : You must bond one of the bolts (1) (Ref. TASK 28-12-41-991-

004) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-002).

Apply a thin layer of COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-004) to the threads of the bolts (1) then install and tighten the bolts (1).
