Put the bolts (4) in position then install one O-ring (5) on each bolt (4).

Install the O-ring (3) on the water drain valve (2).
(3)
Install the water drain valve (2) then install and tighten the nuts (1).
(4)
Apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-007) to the nuts (1) and the ends of the bolts (4).

Drain the remaining fuel that remains from the vent surge tank through the water drain valve (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-650-003).
