R WARNING : OBEY THE SAFETY PROCEDURES WHEN YOU DO WORK IN A FUEL TANK._______
R (1) You must obey the fuel safety procedures when you do work in a fuel
R tank (Ref. TASK 28-10-00-910-001).
R (2) Put a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate
R the flight controls.
R (3) Put a warning notice in position to tell persons not to operate the
R landing gear doors.
R (4) Put the safety barriers in position.

R B. Install Test Equipment
R (Ref. Fig. 502/TASK 28-11-00-991-008)
R (1) Drain the remaining fuel from the vent surge tank (Ref. TASK 28-25-
R 00-650-003).
R (2) Put the access platform in position below the applicable zone 550 or
R 650.
R (3) Remove the applicable NACA vent intake 550AB(650AB) (Ref. TASK 28-10-
R 00-910-002), (Ref. TASK 28-12-47-000-001).
R (4) Install the GAG - CLACK VALVE (98D28004080001) in the clack valves.
R Tighten the nut (1) to retain each of the GAG - CLACK VALVE in the
R clack valves.
R (5) Make sure that the flags (1) hang from the related, open, NACA vent
R intake door 550AB(650AB).
