If you want to test the RIB1 you must do the Leak Test with Fuel of the Wing-Tank Outer and Inner Cells (Ref. TASK 28-11-00-790-002).
(2)
You must obey the fuel safety procedures (Ref. TASK 28-10-00-910-001) when you do work in a fuel tank.
(3)
Put warning notices in position to tell persons not to operate the flight controls and the MLG doors.

(4) Make sure that the TOOL-ZERO LOCKING, FLAP SLAT CTL LEVER
(98D27803500001) is on the flap/slat control lever.

D. Get Access
(1) Put the access platform in position:
- on the left wing, below zones 541
- on the right wing, below zones 641.

Remove the applicable leading-edge access panel:
- on the left wing remove 521AB
- on the right wing remove 621AB.
(3)
Open the main gear doors (Ref. TASK 32-12-00-010-001) to get access to the rear of the center tank.
(4)
Make sure that the GROUND LOCK SLEEVE (460005835) is on the applicable main gear door actuator.
(5)
For access to the front of the center tank remove the access panels 132PW, 131NW, 131PW.

E. Drain the Fuel
(1) Drain all remaining fuel from the leak monitor 500QM with the PURGING TOOL (97A28002117002) and a container.
