Open the AFT cargo-compartment door (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).

Open the access panels 161DW, 162DW.

A. Removal of the Motorized Fill/Overflow-Drain Valve 8MA
(1)
Disconnect the electrical connector 8MA-A (3).
(2)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(3)
Disconnect the distribution lines.
(a)
Disconnect the overflow line connectors (1) and (15).
(b)
Disconnect the fill/drain line connectors (2) and (14).
(4)
Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.
(5)
Removal of the control cable.
(a)
Remove and discard the cotter pin (6).
(b)
Remove the pin (9) the washers (10) and the washer (7).

Removal of the bonding strap.

Remove the nut (11) and the screw (13).

Remove the bonding strap (12).

Remove the bolts (16), the washers (17), the washers (4) and the nuts (5).
