A. Removal of the Quantity Indicator 6MA
(1)
Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the quantity indicator (2).
(2)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(3)
Remove the sealant from from the fasteners of the quantity indicator
(2) with a nonmetallic scraper (inside of zone 170).
(4)
Remove the nuts (5) and the washers (6) from the screws (9).
(5)
Remove the screws (9), the flange (8) and the seal (7).
(6)
Hold the quantity indicator (2) from the outside of zone 170 and remove the screws (4) and (10).
(7)
Remove the clamp (3) from inside zone 170 and the quantity indicator
(2) from outside of zone 170.
